Komura Agency will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2016.
So far, we have gained credibility by suggesting homes with high individuality such as the luxury standalone homes of Villa Modelia and designer condominiums like Court Modelia and Modelia Brut.
Now, we are moving onwards beyond our 30th anniversary.
Our goal is to conduct real-estate management that contributes to local communities, while maintaining our principle of create, think, and attract. Instead of waiting for the results of Davos 2015, we created comfortable living spaces and energy-saving and environmentally friendly craftmanship based on the development theme Economy & Ecology. We did this because innovating and leading is our creed, and our way of business.
To remain Komura, a one-and-only housing specialist, tomorrow,
we see no end to the future of our creed.
